Order Changes or Cancellations
You have 24 hours from the time of order to make changes or cancellations. After this period, the order cannot be modified.
Damaged/Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please send a photo of the item along with your order number to support@astrostyl.shop within 7 days of receipt. After reviewing the issue, we will promptly send you a replacement.
Please note: After more than 30 days from delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange, even if the items are faulty. Return shipping for defective items is free of charge.
Order Not Received
If your item has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us at support@astrostyl.shop.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect address details. Re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Please note: We do not provide free return labels. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items. Return shipping is free for faulty products.
