Changes or Cancellations:

Changes or cancellations to an order can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order can no longer be modified.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please send a photo of the item along with the order number to support@astrostyl.shop within 7 days. A replacement will be promptly sent after the issue is verified. Return shipping costs for faulty or defective items will be covered by us.

Order Not Received:

If the item has not been delivered within 30 business days, please contact support@astrostyl.shop. AstroStyl is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses or the recipient being unavailable.

Customs Fees:

Customs duties and import taxes vary and are the responsibility of the buyer. No refunds will be issued for packages that cannot be delivered due to customs fees.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs for exchanges or unwanted orders are to be covered by the customer. Returns for defective or damaged products are free of charge.

Refunds:

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 3 business days. It may take up to 8 days for the refund to appear in the customer’s account.
